**About me** My name is Al. I'm a 35 year old guy from London. I'm 6ft tall, have a bulky build and a rugged, bearded appearance. I work in the transport industry and, whilst my job is fairly boring, some think it's exciting. Personality wise, I have a dry sense of humour and consider myself to be intelligent and interesting. I've suffered with depression for years and sometimes see life with an apathetic outlook. I love cooking and exploring food markets.
