32 [M4F] Close long term platonic friend launch

Hello, I can be quite cheeky at times and tend to make people laugh unintentionally, but I'm always very supportive/ understanding, kind and can keep a conversation going. I'm a relatively shy 32 year old guy (INFJ) that works in STEM and is in a long distance relationship. Some of my hobbies/ interests include anime, video gaming, jasmine tea, cooking, baking, long walks, arcades (very sad they are all becoming extinct in London), cinema, clothes shopping, occasional visits to museums/ galleries and binging tv shows (mostly Korean dramas at the moment). I love all sorts of films - action, thrillers, mystery, comedy, martial arts, fantasy, crime, sci-fi, horror, drama, Disney and studio Ghibli. Most favourite film genre is psychological thriller, mystery with action (something like the original, Korean, Old boy). I'm a big foodie. My favourite cuisines are Mediterranean, Iranian, Lebanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai and Japanese. I love eating out and trying out different cuisines.
