28 [M4F] #Central - dealing with a cold office launch

With the cold around the corner, and with the broken heating system at the office, I was thinking maybe it would be time to heat things up a bit in an adventurous way. The concept would be that we meet outside of the building, grab a coffee if you wish, and then I smuggle you in with an extra card or the backdoor, then we lock ourselves in my (cold) office and block the slim window slightly. Then we make out, and you enjoy the comfort of my chair while I'm pleasing you, perhaps under the table or in some impulsive arrangement - no reciprocation. When we're done and a bit warmed up we can explore other options, just part ways or get a proper room where sound restrictions don't apply anymore.
